This organisation doesn't just have shops to raise money, events take place all around the UK, which are held every year, to ensure that this charity stays running and popular. Anyone, of all ages, of both geders, can take part in these events, we appreciate all the help given. The money raised goes towards funding the houses, including food, water and heating as well as opening more shops all around the UK. 16+ ONLY for Race and car wash.Here are the events coming up:
EVENTS
Race for a home will take place on the 15th July 2017. The goal of this charity event is to raise as much money from as many people possible, the organisers have set an estimate of £3000. As this event only happens once a year, it is one of the largest charity events in the UK. The runners will be expected to run through a track around Liverpool. There is a start line and a finish line, there will also be a prize for the first 3 people to finish the event as well as the individual who has raised the most money. This event is worth coming, just to watch, so please come along or join and raise money for the homeless. All entries are free when £10 is raised for charity.
There are monthly car washes on Saturdays in the church hall in Liverpool, which anyone can attend to and wash peoples cars. Whether you want your car washing or you would like to raise some money, come down to the Church hall from 12-5 pm. These car washes are regular because they fit everyone's purpose and there is more of a chance to raise money if they are every week. Thank you to all those that attend and raise money for Help The Homeless. For those getting their car washed, there is a policy of donating to the person who cleaned your car.

The charity fun fair happens twice a year, 28th July and 26th April. This event takes place in Blackpool, a space in the popular seaside town has been booked for these days, to host a amazing fun fair. Food, games, rides, clowns and more consist in this exciting charity event. The entry fee is £3 for children under 16 and £5 for ages 16 and over. All the money raised at this event will go towards new housing for the homeless, the more space and beds we provide, the more people we can help. Please come down and enjoy our fantastic event.
